为更高效地防治核桃溃疡病,选用常用杀菌剂25%丙环唑乳油、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、43%戊唑醇悬浮剂、80%波尔多液可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和75%百菌清可湿性粉剂作为供试药剂,采用含药平板法及烫伤接种法分别测定供试药剂对病原菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用以及对离体枝条病斑的保护和治疗效果。结果明,25%丙环唑乳油对菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,处理5 h抑制率为93.00%;除50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂外,其他药剂均能100%抑制孢子萌
发;25%丙环唑乳油对离体枝条病斑的保护和防治作用最好,防治率分别为74.97%、72.00%;添加“柔脂通”渗透剂对不同药剂的治疗效果均表现出一定的增效作用,其与25%丙环唑乳油混合使用后防治效果最好,防治率由72.00%上升到80.39%。生产上可选用25%丙环唑乳油配合“柔脂通”
渗透剂进行核桃溃疡病防治。 |

For more efficient prevention and treatment of walnut canker disease, selecting the commonly
used fungicide 25% propiconazole missible oil, 70% Thiophanate-Methyl WP, 43% tebuconazole suspension
concentrate, 80% Bordeaux mixture WP, 50% carbendazim WP and 75% chlorothalonil WP as
the test fungicides, the inhibitory effect of the test fungicides on the mycelial growth and conidium germination
of pathogenic bacteria was determined by drug-containing plate method, and the protection and
control effect of test fungicides on vitro branches was determined by scald inoculation method. The results showed that 25% propiconazole missible oil had the best inhibitory effect on mycelial growth, the inhibition
rate was 93.00% at 5 h; except for 50% carbendazim WP, other fungicides had inhibited the conidium
germination by 100%; 25% propiconazole missible oil had the best protection and control effect on
vitro branches, the control effect were 74.97% and 72.00% respectively; “Rouzhitong” penetrant showed
certain synergistic effect on the control effects of different fungicides, but the best treatment after mixing
with 25% propiconazole missible oil, the control effect increased from 72.00% to 80.39%. Therefore,
25% propiconazole missible oil combined with “Rouzhitong” penetrant could be used to prevent and control
walnut canker in production. |
