公害杀虫剂不同稀释倍数和喷施剂量在松材线虫防治中的应用效果。结果表明,T1组中稀释比例
为1∶1 000、1∶2 000时,松材线虫致死率和矫正致死率显著高于其他稀释比例(P<0.005);T2处理
中5种稀释比例松材线虫致死率、矫正致死率均达100%,且T2组松材线虫致死率和矫正致死率明
显高于T1组(P<0.05);T1 组中喷施量为200 g/hm2时,给药90 d后落叶松枯死率明显降低,成活
率显著提升,效果优于喷施量150 g/hm2和100 g/hm2(P<0.05),T2组中各喷施量间落叶松枯死率
和成活率无显著差异(P>0.05);T2组落叶松枯死率低于T1组,成活率高于T1组(P<0.05);林间
松材线虫防治效果:T2组绝对预防效果和相对预防效果均优于T1,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。无
人机喷施5%高效氯氤菊酯乳油和20%阿维菌素乳油杀虫剂,对落叶松松材线虫均起到一定的防
治效果,而20%阿维菌素乳油对松材线虫防治效果更好,从成本角度看,其喷施剂量为100 g/hm2
时,既可节约成本,也能达到防治效果。 |

To analyze the control effect of spraying non-pollution insecticide with unmanned aerial vehicle
on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus of Larix gmelinii, 5% high-efficiency chlorpyrifos emulsion(T1) and 20% avermectin emulsion(T2) were sprayed at different doses on Larix gmelinii forest in Pingquan City,
Hebei Province. The application effects of the two groups of non-pollution insecticides with different dilution
ratios and spraying doses on the control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were compared. The results
showed that the mortality rate and corrected mortality rate of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were significantly
higher in the T1 group at dilution ratios of 1∶1 000 and 1∶2 000 compared to other dilution ratios (P<
0.005); the mortality rate and corrected mortality rate of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in five dilution ratios
of T2 treatment reached 100%, which were significantly higher than those in T1 group (P<0.05); when
the spraying amount in T1 group was 200 g/hm2, the death rate of Larix gmelinii was significantly reduced
and the survival rate was significantly improved after 90 days of treatment, with better effects than
spraying amounts of 150 g/hm2 and 100 g/hm2(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in death
rate and survival rate of Larix gmelinii among different spraying amounts in T2 group(P>0.05); the
death rate of Larix gmelinii in T2 group was lower than that in T1 group, and the survival rate was higher
than that in T1 group(P<0.05); the absolute and relative preventive effects of T2 group were better than
T1 group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). UAV application of 5%
high-efficiency chlorpyrifos emulsion and 20% vermectin emulsion insecticide had a certain effect on the
control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus of Larix gmelinii, and 20% avermectin emulsion had a better control
effect. The spraying dose was 100 g/hm2, which could save cost and achieve the purpose of controlling. |
