植物叶片能够较好地指示植物对环境的适应。以四川省鞍子河自然保护区拐棍竹(Fargesia robusta)为对象,在3个海拔处(1 700 m、1 900 m 和2 050 m)分别收集3个年龄拐棍竹竹叶(1 a、2 a
和3 a),测量其性状(叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶生物量、形状指数和比叶面积)以探究异龄叶形态对海
拔的适应。结果显示,较低海拔(1 700 m)1 a叶的叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶生物量和形状指数表现较
优,比叶面积则相反;海拔对叶性状的影响较年龄大;除比叶面积外,其他5种性状均随海拔增加而
降低;年龄对叶性状的影响则没有明显的趋势。总体上表现为叶经济谱由低海拔到高海拔转变为
快速投资收益,叶面积则调整为更小以适应高海拔的低温。 |

Plant leaves can effectively indicate the adaptation of plants to their environment. The differentage
(1 a, 2 a and 3 a) Fargesia robusta leaves from three altitudes(1 700 m, 1 900 m and 2 050 m) in
Anzihe Nature Reserve of Sichuan Province were collected to determine the traits (leaf length, leaf width,
leaf area, leaf biomass, shape index, and specific leaf area) and explore the adaptation of uneven-age
leaf to altitude. The results showed that the leaf length, width, area, biomass, and shape index of 1 a
leaves at lower altitudes(1 700 m) performed better, while the specific leaf area was the opposite. Leaf
traits were significantly affected by the altitude rather than age, and except for specific leaf area, the other
five traits decrease with increasing altitude; age had no significant effect on leaf traits. Overall, the
leaf economics spectrum shifted to rapid investment return from low altitude to high altitude, and the leaf
area decreased to adapt the lower temperature at high altitude. |
