      旅游者分享到网络上的景点评价蕴含了对目的地形象的关键信息。为探究旅游者对城市专 类公园城市旅游形象的感知,以厦门园林植物园为研究对象,从不同旅游点评平台提取对“厦门园林植物园”的评价信息,精选高频词汇,构建语义网络。以语义转化和分值量表为基础,编制旅游体验要素结构表,同时借助SPSS 26.0 软件对构建的IPA模型进行分析。结果表明,大多数旅游体验要素的重要度I值偏低,但表现性指标P值较高,说明旅游者旅游体验良好,对该园区的体验质量给予了较高评价,但仍存在不足,提出旅游者感官体验,改善服务措施,提升经营管理水平,保持特色优势,丰富体验活动等针对性建议。
英文摘要:
      The attraction reviews shared by tourists on the Internet contain key information about the image of the destination. In order to investigate the tourist image perception of specialized parks, Xiamen Botanic Garden was taken as the research object, and the evaluation texts were screened out from the travel review websites, and the high-frequency vocabulary was calculated to construct a semantic network. Based on the semantic transformation and score scales, a structure table of tourism experience elements was compiled, and finally an IPA model was constructed with the help of SPSS 26.0 for analysis. The results showed that the importance I value of most tourism experience elements was low, but the performance indicator P value was high, indicating that tourists had a good tourism experience and gave a high evaluation of the experience quality of the park, but there were still deficiencies. Targeted suggestions were proposed such as emphasizing tourists′ sensory experience, improving service measures, enhancing business management level, maintaining distinctive advantages, and enriching experiential activities.
