      杨树溃疡病是一种常见的重要病害,其致病病原菌包括真菌和细菌,世界上报道的杨树溃疡病病原菌超10种。以北京市大兴、通州、顺义、昌平、房山等5个区共10个苗圃基地的杨树树苗为调查对象,对北京市平原地区的杨树苗圃溃疡病进行了调查,分离了其主要病原真菌;研究了杨树溃疡病发病病症特征及发生规律,并对杨树真菌性溃疡病的防治进行了药剂筛选。
英文摘要:
      Poplar canker disease is a common and main disease, its pathogens include fungi and bacteria. More than 10 pathogens of poplar canker disease were reported in the world. This paper investigated the canker disease of poplar trees in 10 nursery gardens from 5 areas in Beijing such as Daxing, Tongzhou, Shunyi, Changping and Fangshan, isolated the main pathogenic fungi, studied the pathogenic regularity and characteristic of poplar canker disease and selected the fungicides that could be used to control poplar canker disease.
