中文摘要:
      运用旅游心理学、情感心理学、设计心理学的情感化设计、环境心理学、旅游地理学、旅游规划与开发等相关理论,探析旅游活动中人类情感的内涵与特征,寻找旅游开发中需要激发的情感。研究结果表明,旅游者情感具有效能性、时效性、感染性、移情性四大特征,目前单项旅游开发在情感方面存在走马观花式观光旅游、车水马龙式度假旅游等问题。在情感营造中注重情感与环境的关系,从自然、人工、人际3方面进行情景营造。提出匹配情感动机,增设旅游情感体验项目,提升情感旅程等强化旅游情感体验策略。
英文摘要:
      This paper used tourism psychology, emotional psychology, emotional design of design psychology, environmental psychology, tourism geography, tourism planning and development and other related theories to explore the connotation and characteristics of human emotions in tourism activities, and to stimulate emotions in tourism development. The research results indicated that tourists′ emotions had four major characteristics of effectiveness, timeliness, contagion and empathy, and the individual tourism development had problems in the emotional aspect, such as casual sightseeing tourism and busy vacation tourism. This paper suggested to focus on the relationship between emotions and environment and create scene from natural, artificial, and interpersonal aspects, and propose strategies to enhance tourism emotional experience, such as matching emotional motivation, adding tourism emotional experience projects, and enhancing emotional journey.
