| 随着林草职能划转林业部门，标志着草原功能由传统生产为主转向生态、生产并重的新草原治理格局，建立与新时代草原治理相对应的成效评价体系已显得十分迫切。以“生态”“生产”为核心评价目标，选择产草比、草畜平衡控制比、裸地（斑）面积治理度等五项指标，尝试构建全国不同区域不同主导功能草原修复成效量化评价指标体系，以期持续推动草原生态系统合理保护与利用，促进美丽中国建设。 |

| With the transfer of forest and grass functions to forestry departments marking the new grassland governance pattern from traditional production to ecology and equal production, it is particularly urgent and key to establish an evaluation system corresponding to grassland governance in the new era. On the basis of “ecology” and “production” as the core evaluation goal, this paper selected five indicators such as grass yield ratio, balanced control ratio of livestock and bare land (spot) area control to construct a quantitative evaluation index system for grassland restoration effectiveness with different dominant functions in different regions, aiming at continuously promoting the rational protection and utilization of grassland ecosystems and promoting the construction of beautiful China. |
