| 通过样线和样地法对堵河源自然保护区的珍稀濒危植物进行调查。对濒危系数、遗传价值系数、物种价值系数3个系数（共11个指标）进行评分和计算，对珍稀濒危植物的优先保护等级进行划分。结果表明，堵河源自然保护区内共有珍稀濒危植物46种，隶属于31科40属；自然保护区的植物优先保护等级与国家保护植物的级别不同。46种珍稀濒危植物的综合评价值（Vs）范围在0.279 3~0.707 0，Ⅰ级保护植物8种，Ⅱ级保护植物25种，Ⅲ级保护植物11种，Ⅳ级保护植物2种，分别占自然保护区珍稀濒危植物总数的17.4%、54.4%、23.9%、4.3%。堵河源自然保护区在对珍稀濒危植物进行相关的保护和管理时，除参考国家的植物保护级别外，还应结合自然保护区的实际情况及物种的生境特点制定合适的保护、管理措施。 |

| The rare and endangered plants in Duheyuan Nature Reserve were investigated by the method of sample plot and line transects. The endangered coefficient, genetic value coefficient and species value coefficient (11 indexes in total) were scored and calculated, and the priority conservation levels of rare and endangered plants were divided. The results showed that there were 46 species of rare and endangered plants in the reserve, belonging to 40 genera and 31 families，and the priority conservation level of plants in the reserve was different from that of national protected plants. The comprehensive evaluation value (Vs) of 46 species of rare and endangered plants ranged from 0.279 3 to 0.707 0, included 8 species of Class I protected plants, 25 species of Class II protected plants, 11 species of Class III protected plants and 2 species of Class IV protected plants, accounting for 17.4%, 54.4%, 23.9% and 4.3% of the total rare and endangered plants respectively. In the conservation and management of rare and endangered plants in Duheyuan Nature Reserve, in addition to referring to the national plant protection level, appropriate conservation and management measures should be formulated in light of the actual conditions of the nature reserve and the habitat characteristics of the species. |
