      碳水循环是森林生态系统养分循环的重要组成部分,稳定同位素技术因其准确、安全、灵敏等特点被广泛应用于生态、环境、林业等众多研究领域,已逐步成为了解森林生态系统养分循环的强有力工具。近年来,稳定同位素技术在构建森林生态系统碳水耦合模型、计算水分利用效率、量化植被蒸腾和土壤蒸发对森林蒸散量的贡献等方面研究较多。通过论述森林生态系统碳水循环过程,以及稳定同位素技术在森林生态系统碳水循环中的应用,提出该技术在森林生态系统碳水循环中水分利用效率以及水分通量拆分等应用方面存在的问题,以期进一步发挥该技术在森林生态系统研究中的潜力。
英文摘要:
      Carbon and water cycle is an important part of the forest ecosystem nutrient cycle. Stable isotope technology has been widely used in many research fields such as ecology, environment and forestry because of its accuracy, safety and sensitivity, which has gradually become a powerful tool to understand the forest ecosystem nutrient cycle. In recent years, stable isotope technology has been widely used in the construction of carbon and water coupling model, the calculation of water use efficiency, and the quantification of the contribution of vegetation transpiration and soil evaporation to forest evapotranspiration. By discussing the process of forest ecosystem carbon and water cycle, this paper further summarized the application of stable isotope technology, and put forward deficiencies and prospects for the technology, such as water use efficiency and water flux separation, in order to further develop the potential of this technology in forest ecosystem research.
