| 通过对《云南省森林资源规划设计调查操作细则（2013年修订）》中水源涵养林与水土保持林的定义及区划条件进行分析，提出水源涵养林是江河干流及其重要支流上游发源地汇水区内以涵养水源为主要目的的有林地、疏林地和灌木林地，而水土保持林则是以防止水土流失、保持与恢复土壤肥力为主要目的。为此，从土地利用、分布地域、功能与经营目的、林分起源和结构、林地保护等级等方面探讨了水源涵养林与水土保持林的划分差异。 |

| Based on the analysis of the definition and division conditions of water conservation forest and water and soil conservation forest in Operation Rules for the Forest Planning, Design and Inventory in Yunnan Province (revised in 2013), this paper proposed that water conservation forest was wood land, sparse forest land and shrub forest land with the main purpose of water conservation in the catchment area of the upstream source of the main stream of the river and its important tributaries, while the main purpose of soil and water conservation forest was to prevent soil erosion and maintain and restore soil fertility. Therefore, the division differences between water conservation forest and soil and water conservation forest were discussed from the aspects of land use, distribution region, function and management purpose, stand origin and structure, forest land protection level and so on. |
